- Members search, compare, add and contact suppliers by themselves.
- Customer service does not provide product search or supplier screening under Gold Membership.
Diamond Membership – $999 / year
- Designed for buyers who want broader directory access plus guided supplier matching support.
- When you provide a product photo or requirement, GZWM customer service can help shortlist at least 3 suitable supplier options for comparison.
- Best for buyers who need a more guided workflow before contacting suppliers or placing test orders.
Optional Sourcing Service
Membership access does not automatically include purchasing on your behalf, payment handling, inspection, shipping, translation, negotiation or after-sales service. If you need sourcing support, GZWM offers two service models:
- $999 / year service fee + 3% commission: for each product request, GZWM provides at least 5 factories or supplier options. You may contact the factories directly, and after you choose a supplier we can help inspect goods. These orders receive priority handling.
- No annual service fee + 8% commission: GZWM helps find 3 supplier options and manages the supplier communication channel. This model may be handled after annual service clients.
