What does membership include?
Membership allows buyers to view supplier contact information according to the plan they choose. Bronze Membership is $199 / year and covers original supplier contacts for clothing, bags and other ordinary wholesale categories, but it does not include luxury replica supplier contacts. Gold Membership allows buyers to view all supplier contact information. Lifetime Membership allows buyers to view all supplier contact information and includes one-on-one customer service help to find products.
Which membership plan includes one-on-one product search help?
Lifetime Membership includes one-on-one customer service product search help. When you provide a product image or requirement, GZWM customer service can help shortlist suitable supplier options. Bronze and Gold are self-service plans.
What if I need purchasing, inspection or shipping support?
Membership does not automatically include purchasing, payment handling, shipping, translation, inspection or after-sales service. If you need support beyond supplier-contact access and Lifetime product search help, contact GZWM customer service to confirm the available service scope.
Why don’t you just send me a product list or source products for me?
GZWM is a supplier-contact directory, not a purchasing agency. We do not stand between you and the factory — because that would make us another middleman, and you would pay the same markup you are trying to avoid.
A product list also goes stale quickly: stock, MOQ, colors, prices and availability change weekly at wholesale markets. Membership gives you the supplier’s direct WeChat or WhatsApp contact so you can ask for today’s catalog, photos, videos, prices and samples yourself, and order straight from the factory or stall owner.
Buying direct typically saves you 30% or more compared with sourcing through agents, trading companies or purchasing agencies, because there is no commission or markup on your order. When you only have a product photo and need help deciding which suppliers to shortlist, Lifetime Membership includes one-on-one customer service product search help — but you still contact and order from the suppliers directly.
Can overseas buyers source remotely through GZWM?
Remote sourcing may be possible, but buyers should verify contacts, request recent product photos or videos, confirm MOQ and price, check payment terms, and start with small test orders when working with a new vendor.
What should buyers verify before ordering?
