Editorial Policy & Content Standards
GZWM (Guangzhou Wholesale Market Directory) publishes sourcing information, vendor directories and buyer guides for overseas wholesale buyers. This policy explains how our content is produced, verified and updated.
Who creates GZWM content
GZWM content is produced by the GZWM Editorial Team, which works from Guangzhou wholesale markets and maintains direct working knowledge of the markets, vendor categories and sourcing workflows covered on this site. Team members conduct market visits, collect booth-level information, and update listings on an ongoing basis.
How vendor listings are compiled
- Vendor pages record market, floor/area, product direction, style and buyer notes as observed or confirmed at the market.
- Contact details (WeChat/WhatsApp) are provided by the vendor or collected on-site, and are shown to members only.
- MOQ, price, stock and sample terms change frequently; vendor pages state that buyers must confirm current terms directly with the supplier before ordering.
- When a listing is corrected or removed, related pages are updated and, where useful, redirects are applied so old URLs keep working.
Accuracy and updates
- Guides and directory pages are reviewed and refreshed on a regular cycle; editorial notes show the last update date.
- If a fact is reported as incorrect, the editorial team verifies it and corrects the page, noting the correction where material.
- Prices, MOQs, market hours and availability are time-sensitive; buyers should always verify current details with the supplier.
Independence and commercial boundaries
- Membership unlocks supplier-contact access. Membership is not a purchasing service, and GZWM does not earn a commission from orders placed between buyers and suppliers.
- Supplier contact access is not sold per lead; no vendor pays for placement in a category or guide ranking.
- Ranking and guide articles reflect editorial sourcing criteria described in each article.
Compliance and buyer responsibility
GZWM is a sourcing information directory and guide site. Buyers are responsible for confirming supplier legitimacy, product quality, intellectual property compliance, platform rules, customs restrictions and local import requirements before purchasing. GZWM does not endorse transactions involving goods that violate trademarks, copyrights, platform policies or import laws.
